The BNS Tech 2 Neck Support is a lightweight MX neck protector developed for motocross and off-road riders who demand confident protection with a stable, personalized fit. Designed to help prevent injury in a crash by dissipating and diverting impact forces away from the neck and spine.
When the helmet contacts the frame during a crash, the support provides a solid interface that channels compressive impact energy away from the neck.
The rear stabilizer promotes Progressive Force Relief (PFR), transmitting energy loads across the back and shoulders and away from the thoracic vertebrae.
The frame geometry is designed to improve helmet contact during impact, with a closer-to-body rear support edge, added width for different helmet sizes, and a raised chest section to help reduce hyper-flexion.
Compressed EVA foam padding helps distribute impact force over the widest possible area.
Construction
The BNS Tech 2 Neck Support is constructed from an advanced, high-performance carbon polymer compound.
The frame is engineered with structural integrity and high stiffness for heavy-impact load management, while keeping a lightweight protective chassis.
The Size Adapter System (SAS) is integrated into the construction for a customizable fit across the XS/M and L/XL size ranges.
The rear stabilizer is connected to the frame via a pivot key and formed into a bio-organic chassis layout for controlled structural alignment.
The frame geometry uses a rear support edge positioned closer to the body, extra width to accommodate different helmet sizes, and a raised chest section.
