The Missile V3 Airflow Leather Jacket has a race fit with pre-curved arms, shaped for the sport riding position. Technical stretch panels across the chest, upper back, inner arms, armpits and waist support freedom of movement.
The Black Black variant is listed in men’s sizes 44–62, in increments of two. Compare your measurements with the Alpinestars size guide and check the fit in your riding position with your intended layers. If using Tech-Air®, follow the system’s fitting and deployment-clearance instructions.
What CE rating does the Missile V3 Airflow have, and are chest and back protectors included?
The Missile V3 Airflow is CE-certified as a Category II motorcycle garment to EN 17092-3:2020, Class AA. It includes Nucleon PLASMA Pro shoulder and elbow armor certified to EN 1621-1:2012 Level 2, plus external DFS TPU shoulder protectors. AA is the garment classification; Level 2 refers to the impact armor.
Chest and back protectors are not included. Internal compartments accommodate optional Nucleon divided chest and back protector inserts.
Which Tech-Air® airbag systems are compatible with the Missile V3 Airflow Leather Jacket?
The Missile V3 Airflow Leather Jacket is Tech-Air® Ready and specifically compatible with Tech-Air® 7x. Its listed compatible systems also include Tech-Air® 5 PLASMA, Tech-Air® 5 and Tech-Air® 3 V2.
Tech-Air® Ready indicates compatibility, not that an airbag system is included. Follow the selected system’s fitting, compatibility and deployment-space instructions when choosing your jacket size.
Is the Missile V3 Airflow Leather Jacket suitable for hot-weather sport riding?
Yes. The Missile V3 Airflow is designed for warm-weather road sport riding. Its bovine race leather is extensively perforated across the chest, back, forearms and biceps to allow cooling airflow, while a fixed mesh liner supports comfort.
The pre-curved arms and technical stretch panels support movement in the riding position, combining summer ventilation with a race-focused fit.
Is the Missile V3 Airflow Leather Jacket waterproof?
No. The Missile V3 Airflow is a ventilated, perforated leather jacket intended for warm-weather riding, rather than waterproof rain protection. The perforations across the front, back and arms prioritize airflow.
It has a waterproof inner storage compartment, but this does not make the jacket itself waterproof. For wet-weather rides, use suitable separate rain protection.
