• The Nucleon PLASMA element in the knee protector is constructed from a bio-based viscoelastic impact-absorbing compound, with no less than 25% bio-based content and molded into a precision-engineered geometry. While the PLASMA material dissipates impact energy and significantly reduces transmitted forces through controlled material response, the low-profile PLASMA geometry is specifically developed to compress and extend with movement while supporting airflow through its channeled and highly-perforated design.
