Marc Marquez was imperious in Brno, snatching the lead early on and never looking back, taking the flag with a comfortable lead to become the first Ducati rider to record five consecutive wins.
He was joined on the podium by Pedro Acosta in third.
Pecco Bagnaia finished fourth, Fabio Quartararo sixth, Jorge Martin seventh and Jack Miller tenth; all Alpinestars riders.
