Jeffrey Herlings quickly gelled with a challenging track in the MXGP of Indonesia, winning the first Moto and finishing second in the second Moto to finish the weekend with an impressive haul of points.

He was joined on the podium by Calvin Vlaanderen in third.

Jeremy Seewer finished fifth, Kevin Horgmo sixth, Andrea Bonacorsi eighth and Glenn Coldenhoff ninth; all Alpinestars riders.
